One-on-One Private Yoga
Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, private sessions provide personalized instruction, focused attention, and adjustments to help you deepen your practice, enhance flexibility, and build strength. These sessions can be in-person or online, allowing you to practice in a comfortable environment at your own pace.

Semi-Private Small Group
Limited to 5 participants, each session is tailored to the group’s specific needs and goals, allowing for individualized instruction and adjustments. Semi-private yoga is perfect for friends, family, or couples who want to deepen their practice together in a more intimate and focused environment. Sessions are available in person and online.

Semi Private Large Group
This format allows for a supportive, community-driven experience, with the instructor providing modifications and variations to cater to different levels. It’s ideal for corporate/sports teams, wellness events, or group gatherings that want to practice together while still benefiting from a more tailored approach to yoga. Available for groups of 5 or more.
